In 1987 her tongue and cheek, kiss and tell all book Im With The Band; was published. It described Pamela from a young
teenager up through adult hood, as shes sucked into the seductive Rock N Roll lifestyle that so many people are sucked into.
Whats special about Pamela is that she is one of the few to get sucked in and made it out alive. Now, 58, she has had three
books published, and a fourth one coming out this July. She hasnt completely retired from her Rock N Roll lifestyle, she has
been with musician Mike Stinson for the past few years, and continues to write, inspire, and talk about all things Rock N
She was born in Reseda, CA where she grew up in love with Paul McCartney, and love the sound of Elvis and Dion. When in
highschool she met Captain Beefheart, after meeting him the doors to the rock music scene opened for her as she continuously
met new musicians. She befriended and dated some of the biggest acts of the 60s and 70&s. She was a member of the notorious
groupie group The GTOs, and had a few bit parts in some films and was on the soap opera Search For Tomorrow for a year. She
was also Moon and Dweezil Zappas nanny and a dear friend and inspirer to Country Rock legend Gram Parsons.
